Suggest a better descriptionBring all the broth and water, chicken bouillion and salt and pepper if desired, to a boil. Mix all meatball ingredients (down to eggs). Roll into tiny meatballs and place baking sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove and drop into broth. Simmer at least 1 hour. Cook and drain Acini de Pepe. Add to broth. Cook and drain spinach, add to broth. Beat 2 eggs; drizzle very slowly into broth while stirring briskly.
