In a large saucepan heat broth to a boil
Add cooked meatballs, spinach, carrots, and 1 bullion cube (at this point add the chicken also)
Returen to boil; reduce heat and slowly simmer for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions
Drain, rinse, set aside
When soup is ready, rinse the pasta to loosen and add to hot soup
Garnish with freshly graded parmesian (If soup needs more salt, add a second boullion cube)
