1. Place each wedge on a plate.
2. Distribute tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, green onion, eggs and almonds evenly on top of each of the four wedges of lettuce.
3. Drizzle each wedge with 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, then 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing.
4. Finally top each wedge with 2 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese and black pepper, to taste.
*To toast almonds, heat on the stove in a medium-size pan over medium-low heat until just starting to turn golden brown on the edges and fragrant. Cool before using.
