Easy and tasty pork chops!
1. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat fro 2-3 minutes on each side.
2. Reduce heat, cook, uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the jam, vinegar and mustard.
4. Cover and microwave on high for 20-25 seconds or until heated throughout.
5. Serve over prok chops.
