preheat the oven to 180/160 fan oven spray a 1kg loaf tin with low fat cooking spray and line with grease proof paper
mash bananas in a large bowl and add the eggs,sugar and sultanas.stir in the flour
transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and level the surface .bake for 60-70 mins ,covering with foil half way through.the loaf is ready when a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean
cool in the tin for 10 mins then remove from the tin and cool on a wire rack
