Suggest a better descriptionPre heat fan assisted oven to 180 degrees. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir in the caster sugar. In another bowl mash the banana and mix in the egg, vanilla, skimmed milk and melted low fat spread. Then combine the 2 bowls together and stir in the cranberries. Put spoonfulls of the mixture into 12 muffin cases and bake for 20 mins.
