Dry fry the mined steak in a non stick frying pan until evenly browned. Crumble in the stock cubes and mix well. Add the chopped vegetables and mix well with the meat. Then add 900 ml of boiling water and bring back to the boil.
Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 mins, until the veg are tender. Stir in the baked beans and Worcestershire sauce and heat through. Taste and season if necessary.
Ladle into bowls and scatter with the parsley.
