Brown meat and onion. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Prepare sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in saucepan. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Place flour tortillas on individual plates or pans. In center of each tortillas place quarter of meat mixture, lettuce, tomato, cheese and beans. Fold over, tuck ends tightly. Pour sauce over top and grate additional cheese on top.
Microwave 2-3 minutes.
