Suggest a better descriptionPeel and boil potatoes until soft. Drain and add butter. Mash. When the butter is melted, add the half and half, salt and pepper. Mash until potatoes are completely smooth.
Sauté diced onion in a little oil until translucent, then add the ground meats and cook until brown. Add the juice of 2 lemons, nutmeg, red peeper, and salt (to taste).
Place layer of mashed potatoes in a greased baking pan. Layer meat mixture over the potatoes, and finish with a top layer of potatoes, making sure all the meat is covered.
Coat the top of the potatoes with the heated eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes after removing from the oven before serving.
