Saute the onions and tomatoes. Add sugar and salt. Stir until lightly brown or brown. Add fish and allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Thereafter, add the beaten egg and allow to cook. Once it is almost finished, pop it into the oven and grill/broil it for about 3 to 4 minutes. Bon a petite!
