Suggest a better descriptionPlace 9 cups of whole wheat flour, yeast and gluten in the Bosch mixer. Mix for 1 minute. then add hot water and mix for 1 minute. Cover and let dough sit for 10 minutes, or until it has risen pretty close to the top of the bowl. then add olive oil, honey, dough enhancer, and salt. turn on the mixer and add 3-6 more cups of whole wheat flour one cup at a time until the dough pulls away from the side of the bowl and is not super sticky. It is better to add too little flour than too much. Knead in the Bosch for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease pans. Lightly oil your hands and divide dough into six equal portions. Place into greased pans and put into warm oven for 25 minutes. Then without even touching the pans, turn the oven up to 350 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes. Remove bread and place on a wire rack to cool.
