Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in dutch oven and saute onion, poblano and garlic on medium heat until soft. Stir in broth, tomatillos, tomatoes, chilis and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add corn, chicken and beans. Simmer 20 more minutes. Add evaporated milk and cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with limes, cheese, avocado, sour cream and/or fritos.
