A nice little wrap with a bean mixture and some veggies
1. In a food processor combine beans, garlic, olive oil, chili powder and salt. Cover and process until nearly smooth; set aside.
2. Toss spinach with 1 tablespoon salad dressing; set aside.
3. Spread bean puree evenly over each flour tortilla. Top the bean puree layer with the spinach, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Roll up tortilla and enjoy.
Might want to double the bean puree mixture so there is enough.
