1 Pick out all the bad beans and let the good ones in cold water overnight.
2 Drain the water and put in a pan with water to boil.
3 When done drain again, and put in cold water.
4 Cut the tomato, green onion, red pepper (without seeds), celiantro- all into equal small pieces.
5 Take seeds out of olives and cust coarsly. Add to salad mix.
6 Drain the beans and add to the salad mix.
7 Add the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.
8 decorate with fresh round onions.
