1. Saute onion, garlic and chicken in oil
2. Add all other ingredients except half and half
3. Cook in crock pot on low for 6 hours. Add half and half just before serving.
Hint: After slicing corn rom the cob, add a couple of the corn cobs to soup then remove before adding half and half. The cobs provide extra sweetness to the soup
In addition: Can substitute fat-free soups. Can add 1 lb bulk pork sausage if desired-saute with ckn, garlic, and onion.
