2. Put soaked beans in med sized saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Discard water.
3. Combine drained beans, chicken, and all remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cover, and cook on High 4 hours and Low 2 hours.
4. Top with sour cream, cheese, and cilantro.
