Suggest a better descriptionPlace chicken, water and seasoning in a large pot on the stove. Boil until the chicken is cooked throughout. Take out the chicken and cube. Put the seasoned water (chicken stock) into a crock pot. Add the beans (w/out draining) and the jar of picante sauce. Stir. Add the cubed chicken and 2 cups of the cheese to the crock pot. Cook for 4 hours on low. Serve with the remaining cheese sprinkled on top.
