Put in pot
Chop up onion, leeks, celery, red peppers sauté until tender and put in the pot with meat.
Add chili’s, beans and corn. Mix and add chicken broth. Simmer until boiling, turn down heat and simmer for 2-3 hours
Season with sour cream chopped red onions, grated cheese and crackers
