Suggest a better descriptionSaute yellow pepper and onion in a little olive oil or butter 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute another minute or so until onions are translucent.
Combine all ingredients except the salsa and cilantro. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through, stirring once. Serve with salsa and cilantro.
