Suggest a better descriptionIn the bowl of a stand mixer beat together the butter and brown sugar and white sugar with paddle attachment until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and egg to combine. Lastly, best in the flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt until a soft dough forms. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries by hand until combined.
Refrigerate cookie dough for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Remove chilled dough from fridge and roll into tablespoon sized balls, about one inch apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, rotating pans half way through. Cookies might appear undone but don't over bake! Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes on the pans, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 24 cookies.
