Melt butter in pan, add crushed digestives.
Pack into 20 cm tin. Place in fridge to set.
Cover gelatine in bowl with cold water for 5 minutes.
Pour over 3 tablespoons boiling water and dissolve.
Heat gently sugar and creme fraiche until dissolved.
Whisk to remove lumps, stir in gelatin and vanilla. Transfer to bowl and leave to cool.
Melt the chocolate, whisk ricotta until smooth with bamix, add chocolate, add creme fraiche and mix.
Pour over base, cover with cling film and fridge overnight, decorate with chocolate shavings.
