Preheat oven 350?. Prepare water bath to prevent cracking. Stir first 3 ingredients. Press mixture into bottom of lightly greased pan. Bake for 10 minutes. After baking, reduce heat to 325?. Beat CREAM CHEESE. Gradually add SUGAR, FLOUR, and VANILLA EXTRACT. Drain CHERRIES then cut in half. Add EGGS one at a time. Add SOUR CREAM. Swirl in half of CHERRY juice and half of cut CHERRIES; mix well. Melt WHITE CHOCOLATE and add to mix. Pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes, rotate, bake another 30 minutes. Garnish with remaining cut CHERRIES. Chill overnight.
