Saute onion, pepper and garlic in olive oil til translucent (cover if too dry.)
Add mushrooms and continued heating in covered pan for 3 mintues
Add rest, including all liquid with the clams and heat til hot
Sauce alone is about 2 points per serving or 7 points for the whole thing.
Sauce plus pasta and 1 tablespoon parmesan is about 6 points, more if you use more sauce on less pasta (e.g. divide sauce over 2 servings of pasta would give you about 8 points per serving )
