In heavy saucepan melt white chocolate with condensed milk. Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla and chopped candied cherries. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8" square pan. Chill 2-3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely at room temperature.
