Plain and Simple white loaf.
Mix the water and yeast together until it froths.
Combine with other ingredients in the Mixer with dough hook and kneed for 8 mins.
Let rest for 15 mins
Kneed for two more mins and let rise for two hours. Place in clay cooker that has been soaked for an hour. heat oven to 220deg and place cooker with lid on ingot he oven bake for 30 mins and remove the lid. bake for a further 10 min to get the colour you require.

300 gr water
10 gr (sea) salt
7 gr instant yeast
1/4 tablespoon honey
It was cracking and whispering when i pulled it out of the oven after 5 minutes at 240c and 35 minutes at 210c, love that sound :-)?
