Ideal as a sauce accompaniment to bar-b-cued fillet steak
Add flour and salt to melted margarine and stir quickly for 1 minute. Take off heat and slowly add milk. Stir fast then put back on heat and continue stirring until sauce thickens. Slowly add vinegar and continue stirring until sauce reaches a thick consistency. Add oysters to sauce and stir in evenly.
Pour over steaks just prior to serving.
