Arroz blanco al estilo de los campesinos de Colombia
En una olla con tapa, sofria en alto la cebolla en gajo, sin dejarla tomar color marron sofria los dientes de ajo.
Coloque el agua, la sal y el arroz y baje la temperature a medio-alto.
Cuando el agua empieze a hacer burbujas sobre el arroz (aprox. 8 a 10 minutos) tape la olla y coloque el calor en bajo.
Dejelo por otros 10 minutos, muevalo con un tenedor y dejelo por 5 minutos mas.
Para un sabor as campesino tape la olla con una hoja de platano lavada, y luego coloque la tapa.
