White Sauce
1. In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
2. stir in flour salt and pepper.
3. cook over medium heat stirring constantly,, until mixture is smooth and bubbly
4. remove from heat.
5. add milk heat to boiling boil and stir 1 minute.
