Turkey Chili with a chicken broth base
Drain and rinse the beans.
Brown the ground turkey in a 12" non stick skillet and put aside.
Saute the onion and garlic in the 12" skillet with the vegetable oil until translucent.
Add amounts of broth and flour slowly to form a thick broth until all the flour has been added.
Add meat, onions, garlic and all the rest of the ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 2 hours.
