Suggest a better descriptionIn a very large bowl, combine flour, buttermilk powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and make a well in the center.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, and oil and pour into the flour mixture.
Add the water and stir until all of the dry and wet ingredients are combined.
Pour batter by the 1/4 cup onto a hot griddle that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Flip when bubbles form.
Let cool and wrap, by twos, in plastic wrap and place in freezer.
To eat: unwrap and place in microwave for two minutes. Serve with 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup.
