Cooking whole tenderloin
1.. Rub whole tenderloin with oil. Can als0 use lemon, pepper but no salt.
2. Turn on oven to 500. Put tenderloin on rack in roasting pan. 1/2 cup water in pan to reduce smoking.
3. Cook at 500 for 15 minutes. turn oven off, and leave in for additional 30 minutes. Do not open oven. Should be medium rare
