Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. You can also add all ingredients in mason jar and use a handheld immersion blender. Be sure to add enough water so that the smoothie is drinkable
Note: to activate the enzymes in the seeds and nuts in any smoothie recipe for easier digestion, you can soak them ahead of time. For thirty minutes.
