Boil an egg for 5 min.
Add some oil and spinach to a casserole. Stir the spinach.
Season with salt and pepper, nutmeg and lime juice.
Toast the bread and add tomato and cheese and bake in the oven for 5 min (200 celsius).
Add the spinach and and the egg on top.
