Suggest a better descriptionBake potatoes for about an hour or until cooked through. Let cool slightly, then cut into cubes or slices.
Place potatoes in large bowl; mix in spices and seasonings.
Add bacon, onion and chives; mix again.
In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar.
Add to potatoes and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving ... the longer the better!
