Suggest a better descriptionPreheat t.he oven to 220 C. Season the fish inside and outside, rub with olive oil and stuff with half the herbs. Open your paper out to the middle page and place your fish int the center. Scatter over your lemon, green onions, fennel seeds and remaining herbs. Tuck some underneath also. Drizzle with a little olive oil, tuck the sides of paper and fold to wrap up tightly, secure it well with lots of string. Cook for 35 minutes.
Salmon is good fish for this recipe because it's quite fatty.
