Suggest a better descriptionI mix all the dry ingredients, then add the egg, honey, butter, and milk. Finally, I blend in the bananas. I use a cordless beater, which is not capable of going too fast. Makes about 20 4" pancakes, I guess. I usually make "silver dollars" for my kids, so I dont count em. Ive also substituted apples (2), and a tsp of cinnamon for bananas, with good results.
