Yeast Rolls
Heat the milk in a qt. pyrex measuring bowl ( 125 seconds on high). Add the butter and let cool to about 100*.
In small bowl, mix yeast with 4 tlbs warm water (about 100*) until dissolved.
Put milk mix into mixer bowl, add the honey, salt, beaten eggs and yeast. Mix Well.
Add the Flour ( you should add it at one time). Mix until mixture is smooth ( about 5 minutes)
Put mixture into a greased mixing bowl ( I spray small amount of oil on top of dough so it does not stick to the plastic wrap) Cover with plastic wrap Refrigerate 3- 4 hours.
Roll out dough. ( I divide mine into 3rd's so that it is easier to work with)
Cut dough into triangles and roll into crescent rolls.
Cover with cloth and let rise in a warm place and let rise until about double.
Bake at 350* - 375* about 8 minutes.
If you get you yeast too warm at any point, it will kill the yeast and your bread will not rise.
