Preheat waffle iron, spray with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients until smooth. The batter will seem a little thick, but don't worry! This is the right consistency.
Add some batter to waffle iron, about a 1\2 cup. (follow iron instructions)
Recipe will yield about 6 waffles.
Enjoy with maple syrup!
