Mom's Recipes
Sift dry ingredients three times.
Add egg yolks and milk gradually on low speed.
Add oil. Batter will be very thin.
Beat hard for 2 minutes.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron.
(You may add 1/2 tsp soda and substitute buttermilk for the milk to make richer waffles.)
