Fast wholemeal yeast bread which doesent require knocking back, but must be cooked in tin.

1) Mix dry ingredients.
2) Rub in butter.
3) Stir in yeast.
4) Add warm water while mixing to a soft dough.
5) Knead with dough hook for 10 to 15 minutes, until elastic.
6) Shape dough and place in a well greased and warm loaf tin.
7) Cover loosely with cling film and allow to prove in a warm place for aporox 30minutes, until double in size.
8) Bake @ 210*C for approx 30 min.
9) Cool on a wire rack.
