(easy to make),quite hot curry, If you want it less intense go for 2 chillies.
1 heaped tsp. hot chili powder
1 table spoon hot curry powder
sprinkle a little salt (fine without salt aswell)
Fresh coriander
4 green chillies
About 3/4 inch square fresh ginger
1 table spoon gara masala 5 cloves of garlic 1 large onion 1 tin of tomatoes,
Put the chicken and onion in a pan and start them going, then put everything else apart from coriander in a bowl,Then blend them with 4 green chillies + a tin of tomatoes,
Put all of them in the pan with half a lemon juice and cooked slowly till ready (simmer for about 45-60 mins ), very good and hot, tomatoes give it more juice.
Add coriander 5 mins from the end with lemon juice.
Put on a bed of rice and and serve with naan bread.
