Heat Soy Sauce in pan, add Wild Rice, Brown Rice, Onion, and Pepper on high heat until coated. Add Chicken Stock, cover and simmer for 1 hour. After Rice is cooked, in a separate skillet, sauté Celery in Canola Oil. Add to the Rice mixture. Stir and serve.
