Spray crockpot with oil (cooking spray). Add roast. Whisk everything else and pour over top of roast. Cook on low till meat shreds easily with fork (usually 7-8 hours) (8-10 hours if roast is frozen). If you feel like the meat is dry, add more broth, but not too much.
Shred meat and serve on toasted buns with mayo, provolone cheese and vinegar coleslaw.
