Dry fish fillets with paper towel
Cover both sides with spices, onion powder, parsley, green onion, ginger, salt & pepper.
Fry in pan with shallow olive oil over medium heat for +- 4 minutes per side.
At the same time boil broth in pot, add couscous and stir for 1 minute over heat.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff up with fork.
