Suggest a better descriptionLayer cabbage and onions in a very large bowl. Pour 3/4 cup sugar over. DO NOT MIX! Combine oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, celery seed and sugar in saucepan. Let come to boil. Pour hot dressing over cabbage and onions. DO NOT MIX! Let set in refrigerator at lest 3 hours or better OVERNIGHT. Mix before serving. Makes enough for a large party.
