Saute garlic and walnuts in olive oil for about 5 minutes or until garlic is tender.
Add about 1/2 of the spinach and stir until spinach is wilted over low heat.
Then add the rest of the spinach and cheese and stir until all wilted, about 2 or 3 minutes more. Its ready to serve!
Make sure you rinse your spinach leaves well, and let them dry, so excess water won't be an issue. I served this with Chicken Piccata and it was a great hit. I hope you like it, I found it somewhere a while back.
