Suggest a better descriptionMix together wine, liqueur, sugar & vanilla bean in large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Add peaches & plums. Poach until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat Pan from heat & let cool a bit. Drain fruit. Whip heavy cream with sugars & vanilla until soft peaks form. To serve: place fruit in serving bowls topped with whipping cream.
