Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325
Cut wings at joints.
Put cut wings into baking tin.
Sprinkle with all but hot sauce. Mix well
Bake about 1 hour stirring about every 15 minutes.
Drain juices and fat after 30 minutes.
Remove from oven add hot sauce gently mixing until all wings are coated.
Bake for another 45 minutes.
Serve with Dill Dip
Add bbq sauce instead of hot sauce for BBQ wings
