Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
Stir together the oats, flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a med sized bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the honey, buttermilk, and oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring just until combined. Fold in the fruit.
Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, and bake for 18-20 min, until golden. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
