1. In large saucepan brown sausage over medium heat, draining fat frequently.
2. Stir in beans, squash, salsa, and water.
3. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with fresh goat cheese and fresh sage (if using). Serve immediately.
